Title defence starts now!
Heading into Round 1 of the 2017 CAMS, Carnarvon Motel WAORC its time for our current state champions to start their title defence. With Brett Smith’s Southern Cross being sold, one thing that we know is that we will see a new outright and new Prolite champion for season 2017. All other classes will be on the line, with a few competitors looking to kick start their title defence in the best possible fashion
With only a few days left currently Russell Cullen is the only state champion on the entry list, however several others are expected to enter over the next few days. If you are new to the sport of off road racing, the state champions each year get to run with a yellow number plate to signify that they are the ones to beat in their class. Several competitors have had the honor of running the prestigious yellow plate for a few years running. Greg Pickersgill will be shooting for a 3-peat of Extreme 2wd wins in his Trophy Truck.
