Perenjori Entries are Open
Entries for the Rod Hatter Memorial, Duel in the Dirt Perenjori 360 are now open.
With excitement high in anticipation of night racing returning to the WAORC entries are already flowing in. Barry Cochrane’s immaculately prepared Cochranes Racing Streamline Pro Buggy was one of the first entries in. After sitting out the 2015 season all eyes will be on the #8 Pro Buggy to see if Barry can capitalize on the pace shown in the 2014 season.
Another early entry was the Extreme 2wd Trophy Truck of Greg Pickersgill. “Pickers” finished off the 2015 season with a strong 3rd outright at both Mogumber and Gas Dash and is tipped to be one of the front running trucks again in season 2016
Wayne Holt is the first of the Goose Racing stable of buggies to put their entry in. In the off season Wayne has purchase the ex-Sollitt racing buggy and will be attempting to shake up the Pro Lite pecking order.
The first Superlite vehicle to enter is Neville Yeatman in his Arctic Cat. Whilst he has limited experience at WAORC events, Neville has competed in rally, cross country safari and limited long course off road racing events and is expected to push for the class win
There are still plenty of big names expected to enter, including last years winner Dave McShane and last years outright champion Brett Smith
