Super 1650s ready to push the limits

Posted on Updated on

The Super 1650 field of 3 competitors is ready to push the limits at the upcoming Marsue Transport, Bencubbin 400. With an evenly matched field and a returning class champion, this will be a close battle

#229 – Bandit Off Road Racing’s Dan Hawkins will be looking to put a run of DNF’s to an end at Bencubbin. With mechanical issues preventing the crew from reaching the checkered flag at both Perenjori and Narrogin events, Hawkins will be out to make amends

#232 – Peter Mellington the former Super 1650 class champion will be looking to rekindle the form which took him to his maiden Super 1650 WAORC title in 2015. The PKR Racing team have been hard at work on their Tiger buggy and will be one of the favorites in this class

#253 – John Flynn and Gary Howe are back again in the Dirty Girl Racing Red Rocket. The Bullet Toyota powered buggy has been quick all year and will be hoping to capitalize on the pace and form shown so far. “Flynny” will be leaving it all out on the track as the racing action heats up!
